As an established business built on the platinum performance and solid relationships of its founder, TPM Group had outgrown its brand voice and identity. The firm specializes in the complex field of transition management – managing all logistics necessary to relocate and/or upgrade an organization’s people, property and infrastructure. Hindered by a brand system that presented a complicated story, we worked with TPM Group to simplify its messaging so that all stakeholders – leadership, staff, clients and business partners – could easily communicate the firm’s value and why they were the best choice over the competition. We discovered that clients and partners preferred and referred TPM Group because of the loyal, consistent and exceptional performance of its leadership – and this brand differentiator was used to shape the messaging, visual identity and website experience.
