We built interconnected brand systems to highlight complementary value sets. A long-term client partner of Mekanic, Linda Howard approached our team at a new inflection point. She wanted to build out her existing Alturnative brand – a people-forward healthcare compliance consultancy – while concurrently enhancing her personal brand to promote thought leadership in the broader wellness arena. After initially exploring an update to her existing website, we decided to push forward with two brand directions: Alturnative and With Linda Howard.
Alturnative was enhanced to help clients navigate the complex terrains of healthcare compliance – delivering a simple, refined, and intuitively-designed site. The new outfit, With Linda Howard, personified a “brand as a best friend” with Batik-like colors of Baltimore’s Roy Cox photography studio and a horizontal scrolling site that showed the many facets of Linda’s life, passions, and expertise.
