The Vault brand was designed to reflect the legacy of their tenured and experienced team of professionals and—in order to be successful with the complexities of the 21st century—also represent and communicate the future of the profession that embraces innovation, technology, and actionable data.
One of Vault’s key initiatives for 2019 was improving how the firm presents its organizational culture on the website for recruiting purposes. In our stakeholder interviews with Vault staff, the team shared about the passion behind their work, the sense of community they feel at work, and about the flexibility and opportunities Vault offers. Vault wanted to capture a sense of organizational maturity—one that allows team members to evolve in their work and personal lives simultaneously.
To bring this culture to life, we designed a new custom WordPress website for Vault, leveraging and updating its existing brand system to reflect the latest best practices where necessary. We infused the sentiments and ideas shared directly by Vault staffers into the web copy to evoke authenticity and energy within the language. To avoid cliché stock photos of office perks and corporate collaboration on the new site, Mekanic directed a photoshoot of Vault’s team in an engaging and vibrant workspace to reflect their team dynamics accurately.
Today, we still maintain Vault’s partnership with content marketing and blog support for the firm’s research and outsourced accounting sides.
